2. Service Provision and Scheduling

  • Consultation sessions are arranged at mutually agreed times. Clients must provide necessary property details in advance.
  • Information products are delivered via secure download link immediately after purchase.
  • Physical goods are dispatched within five business days to the address provided at checkout.

3. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

DealNowLaw.vip strives to ensure satisfaction across all offerings. The following terms apply to refund requests and rescheduling:

  • Consultation Services: Cancellations received at least 48 hours prior to the session qualify for a full refund. Requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time are not refundable due to the tailored preparation involved. Clients may reschedule one session without fee if notice is given at least 72 hours in advance.
  • Information Products: Due to their immediate accessibility, refund requests must be submitted within three days of delivery and only in case of demonstrable defects or inability to access the material. Approved refunds are processed in full.
  • Physical Goods: Returns are accepted within fourteen days of receipt provided the item is unused and in original packaging. The client is responsible for return shipping. Once the item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued.
